Katja Schroeder is managing director at Bloom, a Ruder Finn company focused on transmedia marketing communications campaigns for clients. She has worked with public companies and startups across B2B and B2C at all stages of their lifecycle, and with a particular focus on cross-channel marketing.  Prior starting Bloom, Katja was with Burson-Marsteller in New York overseeing its portfolio for SAP. Prior to this, Katja built Ruder Finn's technology practice in China. She teaches social media marketing and international marketing at St. Francis College and sits on the board of the college's Center for Entrepreneurship. She is fluent in German and resides in New York.
