Jessica Payne is the director of digital strategy for PAN Communications in Boston. At PAN, Jessica is responsible for developing and managing the firm’s digital media services and strategies, and leads the creation of high-impact social media campaigns for PAN clients. Jessica’s data analysis and measurement acumen drove the creation of PANoptic, PAN’s holistic measurement methodology which is now standard practice across the firm.

Clients span the consumer, nutrition, big data, healthcare, B2B tech and mobile app industries and include PicsArt, General Mills, PAREXEL, Talend and ChoiceStream among others. Jessica provides regular social media thought leadership on PAN’s official blog, www.prspeak.com, and has been published in Holmes Report, Mashable and Social Media Today. An original California native, Jessica has also held digital strategic roles in Los Angeles and London where she worked for organizations including Nintendo, Philips, General Motors and California Volunteers.
