Colleen Cleary is Havas PR’s leader in media relations and celebrity partnerships, as well as a senior client manager. She has more than nine years’ experience in public relations, with a particular specialty in the retail space. She is a valued asset on teams for clients ranging from retail to charities to star-studded events.
Colleen has worked across the retail landscape and has successfully executed multiple pop-up store experiences nationwide for über retailer Target. Colleen was an integral member of the team for Bullseye Bodega in New York City, Bullseye Bazaar in Chicago and the Target To-Go concept executed in New York City, San Francisco, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Additionally, Colleen managed public relations for Toys “R” Us Times Square, successfully executing media launches for Star Wars and Sesame Street.
Colleen is a primary force behind Havas PR’s work for Toyota’s Pro/Celebrity race; for Donna Karan’s Urban Zen, she placed Karan, Haitian president Michelle Martelly, Rwandan president Paul Kagame and Dr. Paul Farmer on “Piers Morgan Tonight”; she managed Martina McBride’s record-release cross-country tour for Amtrak; and garnered more than 65 million media impressions in just six months for Ford Warriors in Pink.
