Social Media Specialist
Alex Cecala is a social media specialist with Ketchum Global Research & Analytics. He has been with Ketchum since the beginning of 2010 and specializes in social media insights and measurement as well as Web analytics. He is familiar with a wide array of social media listening tools and software and keeps up to date on the technology behind the tools.
Alex has worked with major global brands in electronics, consumer products, healthcare and finance. He has helped build social media listening architecture for international brands across four continents. Prior to working at Ketchum, Alex worked in the cause marketing practice at Fleishman-Hillard and in JM Huber Corp.'s corporate communications office.
