The National League of Cities sent a release far and wide announcing Mayor Bruce Tobin's recent testimony before the Senate Environmental and Public Works Subcommittee on
Fisheries,Wildlife and Water. Tobin . . . .or shallwe say Tobey?. . . .stands behind thenation's water supply and the need for new financial commitment to protectpublic health.
Surely a noble stance. But is our hero Mayor Tobin or Tobey? The release refers to him both ways, using one spelling in the head and another in the text.
