Say What?

Can anyone please tell us what the first paragraph of this press release means?

"Indialantic, FL - March 7, 2000. Rule Machines Corporation has released the next edition of its best-selling business rule developer's suite - Visual Rule Studio, Version 2.0.
With Visual Rule Studio, Visual Basic developers can incorporate high-performance business rules as integral components of their e-commerce and n-tier enterprise applications.
Version 2.0 provides dynamic rule generation and greatly expanded database facilities so that mission-critical business policies can be captured and managed in real time..." Yada
yada.

We tried contacting Rule Machines Corp. in the hopes they could explain it to us. But their contact number on the release was disconnected. We even tried looking for them
online, but to no avail.

On the other hand, maybe someone in Indialantic, Fla. could stop by Rule Machines (since its phones don't work), sit its media relations people down and tell them that they
have overestimated their recipients' knowledge of insider jargon. To us, trying to decipher the message in this release was like being outside the loop of an inside joke: we
didn't get it.
