Sales/Communications Out of Alignment

Think the age of integrated communications has arrived? Not quite. Although 67 percent of respondents to a survey conducted by PepperCom and the New York American Marketing
Association say they have recently changed their marketing strategies, 40 percent say their sales departments aren't making use of the new tactics. Interestingly, 35 percent of
the 100 marcom pros who responded also report that a drop in sales is their top concern, followed closely by maintaining and building consistent brand image and dealing with a
