Content Disseminator. TradeSpeak.com, which launched Jan. 25, provides a platform for companies to post white papers showcasing their technology and business solutions. Regular submission fees are $75 per document per month. But, companies submitting papers to the site before Feb. 29 will have the fee waived through the end of April. All users who download from the site are not charged.
Companies posting documents may include hyperlinks to their own Web sites, and can track the number of times their documents are downloaded. The service also provides a form for reader comments.
