Siegel & Gale

, New York, an international communications consulting and marketing communications firm, hired Peter Rawlins as managing director of the firm's African, European and Middle Eastern business. ...Hires Interactive Execs

In the United States, Siegel & Gale (S&G) hired two executives for the firm's Interactive Media Group. Joining as vice president of operations is Scott Kraft, formerly head of his own online company, Gadfly Productions Inc. The S&G unit also added Michael Boh as senior project manager. Duffy to Powell Tate

Hill & Knowlton Hires Four Directors

Global PR firm Hill and Knowlton Inc., New York, hired four top executives in three of its U.S. offices.

In New York, H&K hired Mel Ehrlich as a senior managing director in the healthcare group. He was senior vice president and managing director at GTFH Public Relations, New York. Mary Jo Manning also was hired in the New York office, as deputy director of the advanced technology practice.

Alan Hoffman, a news executive with KHON-TV, Honolulu, joined H&K's office in that city as managing director, where he will focus on media relations, as well as marketing and fundraising.

, New York, made vice president-level appointments in its Chiago, Los Angeles and Pittsburgh offices.

The Chicago office hired two new vice presidents in its corporate issues group: Holly Francis and Mary Ryan. Now a Ketchum vice president, Francis was a vice president at James A. Fyock Associates, Winston-Salem, N.C., PR firm. Senior Vice President Ryan was a consultant with the Alford Group.

In Los Angeles, Patrick Di Chiro, formerly a vice president in Ketchum's New York office, was promoted to senior vice president-Asia/Pacific.
