American Media -- Life with Bonnie. Amy Galleazzi (ex-Teen
People) has been named Executive Director of Public Relations .
She'll be responsible for publicizing the re-launch of Star as well
as press initiatives for AMI titles including Country Weekly, Men's
Fitness, and Shape. Magazine queen Bonnie Fuller is editorial
director at AMI.

Gemstar-TV Guide International - Robert Carl is named director
of investor relations and will be based in Los Angeles.

Golin/Harris International - Edie Kissko has been promoted to
VP/Interactive Entertainment Group at Golin/Harris, Los Angeles;
she'll continue to oversee the development, implementation and
evaluation of PR activities for Nintendo of America.

Hill & Knowlton -- Joe Paluska gets the nod as Director of
the firm's U.S. Technology Practice; he joined the firm in August
2002 as deputy Technology Practice director.

Manning Selvage & Lee - Stephanie Smith is tapped as
director of the New York consumer group's new media relations
department. Smith, who joins MS& L from ABC News, Atlanta, will
work on broadcast media relations strategy, planning and execution
for such accounts as Philips and Procter & Gamble.

McGinn Group - Changing Lanes. Steve Harris, former
VP/communications at General Motors, signs on as senior consultant
at Arlington, VA-based The McGinn Group. The PR firm, which was
launched two years ago by McGinn after he left Weber Shandwick,
specializes in health care, diversity, environmental, litigation
and executive conduct issues.

Porter Novelli -- Climbing the hill. Company veteran Carolyn
Tieger is picked to lead the agency's growing Public Affairs
Practice. Tieger has more than 25 years of experience in D.C.-based
communications, having worked for such clients as American Forest
& Paper Association, Asbestos Alliance and The Business
Roundtable.

Stanton Communications -- Amy Calhoun has been tapped as
Managing Director of the company's Washington, D.C. office; she's
been instrumental in the direction of the Matrix Communications
Planning Process, the firm's proprietary system for developing
customized client programs.

The Corning Museum of Glass - Clear the way. Yvetee Sterbenk
(ex-The New York Hall of Science Museum) is the new communications
manager, responsible for overseeing the museum's regional, national
and international media relations and communications strategy. The
Corning, NY-based museum is home of the world's most comprehensive
and celebrated collection of glass.

Trylon Communications -- The New York based PR firm,
specializing in media and technology, has promoted two of its
longtime PR executives, Laura Goldberg and Les Luchter, to
directors of account management. Moving up the agency's ranks,
Goldberg has spearheaded the Business 2.0 account and conducted
numerous Web initiatives while Luchter has supervised several cable
TV, broadcast and new media accounts, including Scripps Howard and
the VH-1 Honors.
