Arthur W. Page Society announced its 2006 Board of Directors selection last week, electing Roger Bolton, Aetna's senior VP of communications and Page Society
treasurer, to succeed Thomas R Martin (senior VP and director, corporate relations, ITT Industries) as president.
Those elected to serve as vice presidents on the board of committees include Angela A. Buonocore (VP, corporate communications, The Pepsi Bottling Group), Peter
Debreceny (VP, corporate relations, Allstate), Maril Gagen MacDonald (CEO, Gagen MacDonald, LLC), William G. Margaritis (corporate VP, worldwide communications and
investor relations, FedEx), Anne M. McCarthy (senior VP, global communications, SAP) and Tom Martin.
Rich Jernstedt, executive VP and senior partner at Fleishman-Hillard, succeeded as secretary, while Nancy A Hobar, senior VP, communications and investor relations at
Grainger, was elected treasurer.
At large members include James E. Murphy (global managing director, marketing and communications, Accenture) and Bill Nielsen (former corporate VP, public affairs and
corporate communications, Johnson & Johnson).
