Consumer Products & Entertainment. Before joining Mattel, Ross
spent 12 years at 20th Century Fox. - Monique Wise, a Bloomberg reporter, joins Chiquita Brands as
director of investor relations, replacing Bill Sandstrom. - Cathy Lee Gruhn joins Rodale Inc. as director of publicity; She
was director of special projects at Simon & Schuster's Atria
Books and Pocket Books divisions.

- Gene Reineke joins Hill & Knowlton as General Manager for
is Washington D.C., office, beginning April 1 and will retain the
title of COO of H&K USA. - At Hill & Knowlton/New York, Stephen Aiello joins as senior
counselor of Public Affairs. He was president & CEO of Cohn
& Wolfe. - Steven Casey returns to FitzGerald Communications as President.
He was VP of corporate marketing at Iona; he was VP at FitzGerald
from 1997-99. - Albert Tortorella joins Ogilvy PR Worldwide as a managing
director and head of the Global Corporate Practice. Tortorella was
with Burson-Marsteller for more than two decades, holding positions
including vice chairman and CEO. - Ginny Wolfe will join Manning, Selvage & Lee in April as
senior VP, public affairs. She is currently an advisor to Senate
Majority Leader Bill Frist. - Rogers Cowan/Weber Shandwick appoints Ann Peterson to SVP of
business development. Peterson was a marketing/PR consultant. - Weber Shandwick names Ellen Weaver Hartman president of its
Atlanta office. Hartman was VP and CCO for AFC Enterprises. - At PR 21, John Berard (of FitzGerald Communications) will join
the San Francisco office and Lisa Robinson was named head of the
Los Angeles office. - Michael O'Brien joins Ketchum as the associate director of
Ketchum's Global Brand Marketing Practice but will continue to
serve as director of the Brand/Food Practices in New York. O'Brien
was director of global brand communications at MasterCard
International. - Carmichael Lynch Spong opens an office in Chicago and names Jim
Heininger partner and head of the operation. He was partner and GM
of Porter Novelli's Chicago office. - Carlos Bonilla, former White House economic policy advisor,
joins Ketchum's The Washington Group as SVP. Before joining the
Bush administration, he served as an economist for the House Budget
Committee under then-chairman John Kasich (R-Ohio). - Cohn & Wolfe names Annie Longsworth the new head of its San
Francisco office. Longsworth owned Longsworth Communications, an
independent consulting firm. - Widmeyer Communications adds Robin Wolfgang to the firm's
education practice as AVP. Wolfgang was the PR and IR manager for
Caliber Learning Network.
