Golin/Harris promotes Steve Hamilton, EVP, to managing director of the firm's CrossMedia division, specializing in event marketing. Hamilton replaces Nancy Spears, EVP and
managing director, who will retire in February.
Fleishman-Hillard integrates the management and operations of its London office with CPR Worldwide. Scott Clark will head the integrated U.K. operations, serving as managing
director. Clark was most recently co-chief executive officer of CPR Worldwide.
Fleishman-Hillard hires former U.S Representative Rod Chandler as chairman of FH/GPC, its government relations and public affairs subsidiary in Washington, DC. Chandler
