The Communicator of the Year, or COY, will recognize integrity
and excellence in communication and be presented to an individual
or organization demonstrating those qualities. A call for
nominations is being mailed to IABC members and non-members early
this month. New York/IABC, with 400 members, is the fourth largest
chapter of the IABC (San Francisco), which has 14,000 members
