Janet Troy (ex-Ruder Finn and Rotman) has been named the director of public relations at the PRSA, replacing Libby Roberge. Troy, a 25-year PR veteran, most recently worked as
a private consultant. She's also had senior marketing and communications positions with the New York Board of Trade, and the Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange Inc.
