New Owner Already Expanding Business Ethics…

The quarterly publication, known for its annual ranking of the
"100 Best Corporate Citizens," has revamped its Web site and is
planning to give its print product an editorial facelift sometime
this spring. The publication also is gearing up for an "ethics
summit" planned for April 21 in New York City (which will likely
become an annual event).

The Minneapolis-based magazine (10,000-circ.), founded in 1987,
was purchased late last month by New Mountain Media LLC. Terms were
not disclosed. In addition to covering business ethics, the
magazine focuses on corporate social responsibility and socially
responsible investing. Below is a list of companies that have made
the "100 Best Corporate Citizens" ranking every year since
Business Ethics started the list in 2000. The 2005 list will
be released in April.
