New Mag Faces the Music

Hard to believe, but there are publishers out there still unafraid to launch a magazine with "dotcom" in the title. Music.com Magazine launched in April as a joint
venture between Music.com and the Boca Raton-based Milor Entertainment Group. How will it differ from Rolling Stone and Spin ? "We're looking at how technology is
playing a role in the development of the industry," says press contact Paul Scott. Also look for Web-based interviews, breaking news, and social commentary (the premier issue
explores the evolution of "hate" music.) A free CD of music and multimedia content accompanies the quarterly, which has a distribution of 250,000.
