For two years running, Time Warner Inc.'s top PR officer has
topped the $1 million mark in cash compensation, reports our sister
newsletter, Media Industry News (min). Tod Hullin, senior vice
president, communications and public affairs, last year received
$525,000 in salary and a $550,000 bonus, according to a review of the
company's 10-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission.
Additional compensation, for pension contributions and other
employee benefits, totalled $56,279. Hullin's long-term compensation
included options on 35,000 shares of Time-Warner stock. (min,
