Michael Arcaro is vice president and head of corporate communications for Lincoln Financial Group. In his role, Michael leads a team responsible for corporate media relations, executive communications, social media, crisis management and employee communications for Lincoln Financial’s more than 9,000 associates. He is also responsible for internal and external communications for several members of the senior management committee, including the president and CEO, CFO, chief investment officer, head of human resources and general counsel.

Prior to joining Lincoln Financial in 2012, Michael served as vice president of external affairs for AXA Equitable. During his tenure, he was responsible for a team that managed all external communications for the U.S. subsidiary of the French-owned parent company, AXA Group. Earlier in his career, Michael served in numerous internal and external communications roles at American International Group (AIG) and Prudential Financial.
