WashingtonPost.com will launch TechNews.com, a new Web site focused on "the news that matters most to technology, business and government decision makers," on June 3. The new
site will combine the resources of Washtech.com and Newsbytes.com, offering deep knowledge of the Washington technology scene as well as high-tech news nationwide. Newsbytes was
