DKB Merges With Holt
Ad/PR firm DKB and Partners Inc., Morristown, N.J., last week announced a merger with public affairs and marcom firm Holt & Ross Inc., Far Hills, N.J. The new firm will operate as DKB and Partners Inc., based Morristown. It will be the largest New Jersey-based "full-service" ad/PR firm, with 48 employees, said Gary Davis, president.
The transaction was concluded through an exchange in shares between DKB and Holt & Ross.
The PR units of the two firms now will operate as DKB/Holt & Ross Public Relations, with a combined staff of 10. The division will be headed by John Holt, formerly chairman of Holt & Ross Inc. Steve Ross, formerly president, heads the division's environmental communications practice.
