Starting June 16 "Lou Dobbs Moneyline" will be called "Lou Dobbs Tonight," to better reflect the broad range of topics discussed on the show in addition to wall-to-wall
coverage of the financial markets...A few years back Dobbs reportedly locked horns with CNN executive producer Rick Kaplan, who blinked and ended up bolting CNN. Kaplan will now
return to his original stomping ground, ABC NEWS, to oversee "World News Tonight", "Nightline" and "This Week with George Stephanopoulos", which just finished its first season to
less-than-stellar ratings...

Taunton Press in October will launch Inspired House, a bi-monthly shelter title targeting "intellectually curious" women between 35 and 64. Taunton, a niche consumer publisher,
also publishes the 308,000-circ Fine Woodworking as well as Fine Gardening and Fine Cooking... Amanda Bennett (Ex-Lexington Herald-Leader, Wall Street Journal) is named editor and
executive vice president of The Philadelphia Inquirer (See Media Insight column). She's the paper's first female editor-in-chief...Ellen Pearlman is promoted to VP/Editor-in-Chief
of Ziff Davis' CIO Insight... The Ethics and Public Policy Center, a conservative think tank, last month launched The New Atlantis, which will explore the questions surrounding
technology in American life. The Washington, D.C.-based publication will run quarterly, focusing on the ethical questions sparked by stem cells, fuel cells and bioweapons.
