The Caregiving Newsletter

P.O.Box 224, Park Ridge, Il 60068

As more and more seniors are being cared for by family members, this audience is being regarded as a key "gatekeeper" audience. Often referred to as the "sandwich generation," babyboomers are increasingly taking care of their elderly parents and loved ones. This is the audience that The Caregiving Newsletter talks to. Its core readership of women age 35-85 is hungry for information on a broad range of caregiving issues, including programs and services for elder care, support groups, stress management and Medicare advice. This monthly newsletter is particularly interested in covering unique community-based support programs that train caregivers on a wide variety of coping skills and care management.

COMMENTS

Since caregiving affects all aspects of both individual and family life, the newsletter provides comprehensive coverage of a full range of lifestyle and healthcare issues -- from sex therapy and stress management to Medicare + Choice and hospice care issues.

In addition to pitching about a variety of caregiving services, there are also opportunities to pitch products and devices that would be appropriate for this audience.
