Measuring Public Affairs

The Institute for Public Relations releases "Guidelines for Formative and Evaluative Research in Public Affairs," a set of cost-free guidelines for measuring the impact of your
public affairs activities. The guidelines are based on a report prepared for the Department of Energy Office of Science by James and Larissa Grunig from the Department of
Communication at the University of Maryland. Complete text is available on IPR's Web site, http://www.instituteforpr.com.
