Maureen Huff

Maureen Huff has been at Time Warner Cable since 2006.  She is responsible for leading public relations strategy and execution for the video product for the company, including programming and retransmission consent disputes, and various crisis issues. She works closely with and provides strategic guidance to the programming and marketing departments, as well as regional PR counterparts, to ensure consistent, effective and proactive communications across the company.

Her previous cable industry experience began in 1998 at Bresnan Communications. There, she was responsible for all media relations activities, public affairs strategies and community relations initiatives. She also oversaw the company’s involvement with several cable industry initiatives, such as Cable in the Classroom.

Prior to joining Bresnan, she worked for the Kohl Children’s Museum in Wilmette, Ill., where she was responsible for public relations for the museum and all of its related early childhood development programs. Previously, she was with the New York City Economic Development Corp., working with local community boards to create beneficial strategies for commercial real estate development projects. She began her professional career in Washington, D.C., where she worked on several successful political campaigns and also served as press secretary to former Congressman Hamilton Fish.
