A new PR house, Kovak-Likly Communications, has opened its doors at 387 Danbury Road in Wilton, Conn., and at 300 Park Avenue in New York City. The agency, which will provide consumer, healthcare and corporate PR, was formed by principals Ellen Kovak, former CEO of Kovak-Thomas Inc. and Elizabeth Likly, former VP of marketing for Fisons Pharmaceuticals.
