KDPaine & Partners and Delahaye Medialink have reached an out-of-court agreement over the lawsuit that forced KDPaine President Katie Paine to temporarily shutter The
Measurement Standard and shut down her measureofsuccess.com Web site (PRN, June 17). The lawsuit alleged that Paine was in competition with Delahaye Medialink, the company she
founded and then left early this year. Under the terms of the agreement, Paine will cater to nonprofits, small businesses and state and local governments with PR budgets under
