ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Connect Public Relations, with offices in Utah and California, is seeking an experienced PR professional to develop and execute strategic marketing-based public relations programs for multiple hi-tech firms. This person should be a growth-oriented, account-driven strategist, preferably with PR agency experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for interacting with client's top management as well as being able to focus on the details and be actively involved in day-to-day account management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: writing abstracts for proactive pitching, provide counsel on announcement strategies, competitive announcements, etc., writing quarterly and yearly wrap-up reports, and developing and managing media tours.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 5-10 years related experience in public relations with proven ability to manage client relationships. Hi-tech or.com experience a plus.
