The successful Account Director candidate will have extensive public relations experience in the high tech field. Working with VPs, they assist clients in setting and reaching strategic goals, manage and motivate account teams and organize and delegate activities for all important announcements and launches.

Being an Account Supervisor at Schwartz requires the ability to manage, manage and manage. This role is the link between senior management, clients and account staff. The AS will oversee and manage accounts, train and develop junior staff, motivate teams and maintain media and analyst relations.

Maintaining and developing relationships with media, peers and clients is a big part of being an SAE/AE at Schwartz. Our account executives establish working relationships with national business/trade print and broadcast media; participate in strategic and tactical planning of creative projects and programs; attend major trade shows and media/analyst tours; assist in maintaining analyst relationships; write press materials; manage the product review process; research and develop abstracts for speaking opportunities.

These Manager level positions have responsibility for consumer and trade media relations, coordination of local PR and event sponsorships, and general PR counsel and support to senior management. Will also involve overseeing departmental budgets; and evaluating, leveraging and managing brand consumer and charitable sponsorships. Positions require a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years experience in PR, communications or marketing. Real estate or franchise industry experience a plus.
