Public Relations Director
Iomega, a $1.7 billion corporation, seeks a Public Relations Director for its world headquarters in Roy, Utah.
Nice job: Our new hire will develop and implement proactive public relations programs to support Iomega's marketing and sales objectives. Responsibilities include managing media relations and related inquiries from reporters, and supporting new product and program launches, including pricing and promotional announcements. Additional responsibilities include developing and placing articles about Iomega success stories and sales wins as well as collaborating with public relations teams to leverage and maximize media coverage. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years' practical experience in high-tech public relations, outstanding communications, interpersonal skills, and excellent writing and editing skills. Candidate will be working in a team environment and must be able to work with very tight deadlines.
