The Institute for Public Relations named 2003 officers and
trustees, including Frank Ovaitt, co-chair of the executive
committee of the board of trustees; Ward White, co-chair of the
executive committee of the board of trustees; Jack Felton,
president and CEO; and Margery Kraus (PR NEWS Advisor), treasurer.
Katie Paine, PR NEWS Advisor and Image Patrol columnist, will
continue as chair of the Commission on Measurement for the third
year in a row. Mark Weiner will be measurement commission chair in
