Company intranets have surpassed interactive voice response systems as the preferred medium for employee communication, according to the latest study by Watson Wyatt
Worldwide. Most corporations (79%) say they now use their intranets as the primary medium for delivering HR information - up 50 percent from two years ago. Only 30 percent
report using voice response systems for the same purpose.
