APCO Starts Multimedia Group

APCO Associates Inc., Washington, D.C., the public affairs and
lobbying wing of the GCI Group, launched APCO Technology Services.
The new unit will offer consulting and product development services
that employ new technologies, including multimedia computing and
interactive tools, such as CD-ROM and the Internet.

Evan Kraus, formerly a systems engineer with Booz, Allen and

Jersey Agency Adds Cyber Unit

Grafica Inc., Chester, N.J., formed a new interactive services
unit. Grafica intera.active ltd. will be headed by Cliff Hughes,

New Media Division Logs On

Electronic Media Communications (EMC), a marketing communications
and broadcast public relations firm based in Newport Beach, Calif.,
formed EMC New Media. The division will offer services using the Web,
CD-ROMs and other interactive media.

New hire Linda Zimmer, vice president, heads the unit. She
formerly headed two Southern-California information systems companies,
