    Helping You Communicate

Phone tag can be fun, but for PR pros the name of the game is contact. Whether it's a members of the media, client or counterpart in another location, coordination is key for a successful campaign.

This is the impetus behind a new product developed by Shandwick Interactive, Global Collaborator. The Web-enabled system can be bought in pieces and customized to fit the needs of a particular company or relationship.

It's best for global companies that must communicate with a multitude of locations. Product Manager Byron Babin says Global Collaborator can reduce the amount of time spent on procedural work by as much as 500% by facilitating research, planning, contact searching, account management and results tracking.

Costs depend on modules needed and range from $35,000 to $150,000. (Byron Babin, 314/436-6565
