Post Party-um Depression. We're wagering that the Webzine Well and Healthy Woman (http://www.whwmag.com) may be experiencing heavier traffic this
month as holiday revelers sober up and are converted to remorseful fitness zealots. Launched in October by Mt. Laurel, N.J.-based Food Sciences Corp., the site caters to women who are concerned about the
poundage that comes with middle age, post-pregnancy and other life-changing transitions.

Psychologists, nutritionists and exercise experts offer tips on mind and body wellness (e.g., how to smooth mother/daughter tensions during the holidays, walk the mall to get in shape, break the
tradition of holiday gorging and determine whether or not you're at risk for diabetes). Site content will be updated monthly in 2001, with new features incorporating reader voices and experiences into
the editorial mix. Take note: the site is advertising-free and does not endorse specific products. Debra Levine and Linda Altobell are associate editors. 800/346-4422.
