Sites and Sounds. ITRadioNetwork.com hit the Web last week, billed as the "world's first online audio Webzine dedicated to the personalities and technologies that drive e-
business and the new economy." The site's inaugural content includes interviews with execs from Motorola, Sprint, Sun Microsystems and other tech giants, plus an expanded
spotlight on Oracle Corp. Site producers are hungry for interviews with technology gurus, as well as interesting e-business angles. For example, a recent pitch on "mompreneurs"
(work-at-home moms who launch Web ventures) sparked interest. Email queries no longer than two to three sentences in length to site producer Ann Given at [email protected].

Point of Convergence. SAM magazine premieres this month as a resource for sales,
advertising and marketing (hence the acronym) execs who find their job duties
converging under the technology umbrella. Published by Marketing Bulletin Board,
the bimonthly targets senior-level managers with information that "trade journals
aren't giving them," says Executive Editor Kristi Ward. Departments offer practical
insights into integrated marketing, online privacy/security, ecommerce, brand
optimization, motivation and time management. Got a hot lead? Submit it by visiting
http://www.sammag.com/you. The publisher
is located at 117 W. Micheltorena St., Suite C, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. But
electronic submissions are preferred.

Title Set To Tee Off. In June, GolfExtra will debut as the first in a series of new magazine titles in the pipeline at the Orange County Register (PRN, Feb. 14). Chris Meyer
has been hired as editor-in-chief to keep a watchful eye on the local golf scene, industry players, equipment, golf fashion and event schedules. The Public Links Golf Association
of Southern California plans to use the magazine as its official publication. Meyer can be reached at 714/796-7055.
