Brotherly Love, Mother Lode. Who's the fairest of the regions? Philadelphia Magazine was named the top city magazine in America last week by the City &
Regional Magazine Association (CRMA). The title also walked off with a handful of editorial trophies following the awards, which are coordinated by University of Missouri School
