One Down. ONE, the much-anticipated design/lifestyle magazine and brainchild of former Wired publisher Dana Lyon (PRN, March 6) hits newsstands
this week as a bimonthly, although plans are to publish 10 times per year after August 2001.

In keeping with the latest trend toward fusion cooking in the magazine biz, the title promises to span multiple categories, offering a tasting menu of fashion, beauty, home,
architecture, technology, interiors, product design, automotive design and travel topics. Watch for coverage of trendy restaurants, swanky products and profiles of leading design
prodigies. Editorial dish from the magazine will also appear on a sister Web site, ONEmedia.com, along with content courtesy of partners such as MoMA, Zagat, E-Cards and
Amazon.com. Marguerite Kramer is editorial director and Stacy Morrison is editor-in-chief. Coordinates: ONE Ventures, 42 Decatur St., San Francisco, CA 94103-4517. 415/503-4400.
