Starting next year, a new outlet for PR pros representing luxury lifestyle clients will appear on cable. Scripps Network, parent company of cable networks HGTV, Food Network
and DIY, will brave the weak ad economy to debut a new network targeted at America's deepest pockets. The Fine Living Network will launch with a variety of programs exploring, of
course, the finer things in life. It will target an upscale audience who can afford the very best travel, vehicles, homes and other high-end products and pastimes.
