If you're planning to pound the pavement in search of another job, your timing couldn't be better, according to a recent survey by Management Recruiters International. Of the
executives with responsibility for hiring in the healthcare industry, 45.8% said they plan to increase their staffs in the second half of 2000, up from 39.5% in the first half of
2000. The survey also found that 32.2% plan to maintain current staff levels and 22% plan decreases.

sales, says Joseph Mullings, president of The Mullings Group, a Califonia healthcare search firm.
