The third-annual survey of Washington. D.C. opinion leaders and decision-makers was released last week by Mindshare Interactive Campaigns and The
overriding theme: online communications has become the preferred communications tool for reaching important players on the Hill. The survey, which focused on the reading habits
and preferences of the online audience, was distributed to members of Congress, Congressional, Federal Agency and Executive Branch staff, think tanks,
educational foundations and research organizations. There were a total of 268 responses, with about a third coming from people who work for the feds. For more information, go to
