Gavin Anderson & Company, the U.S. subsidiary of corporate and financial comunications consulting firm Gavin Anderson & Company Worldwide Inc., recently acquired McDonough & Associates. Both firms are based in New York City. As part of the transaction, Katherine A. McDonough, president of McDonough & Associates, has come on board at Gavin as senior managing director.
