The Hawthorn Group P.C., a PR firm in Rosslyn, Va., created The Public Affairs Network, to gather and analyze information on legislative, regulatory and issues developments at the state level, nationally. The network will report to clients on likely business impacts of these developments, and also will provide issues management services.
