2012 Top Places to Work in PR: Ogilvy Public Relations

Ogilvy Public Relations

Ogilvy’s global Work-Visit Program allows any full-time staff member at the account director level or higher who has worked at Ogilvy PR for approximately one year to apply to work in another location for a set amount of time—a rare benefit. In 2011, Ogilvy PR sent associates to work in Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, Beijing, New York, Los Angeles, London, San Francisco and Washington, DC.

Every day people stretch outside of their roles and responsibilities, and the agency encourages these forms of curiosity. For example, New York’s HR Manager transitioned recently to an account director role in the agency’s employee communications specialty offering, Ogilvy Impact.
