2012 Top Places to Work in PR: Ketchum Inc.

Ketchum Inc.

Ketchum's senior management team consistently interacts with staff of all levels. On any given day, entry-level employees can find themselves in team meetings or agency gatherings with some of the agency's most tenured executives. As a proof point, Ketchum's 2012 class of summer interns recently took part in an hour-long lunch with the agency's chairman, Ray Kotcher, and CEO, Rob Flaherty, to learn about the executives' career paths and ask specific questions about their own future careers.

Furthermore, Ketchum has an open-door policy, providing a direct line of communication to senior management. All employees are encouraged to reach out and share ideas or concerns with leadership via email, phone, staff meetings and events, or simply stopping by an office.
