CSR Watch: Honesty and Plenty of Information About Green Products Are the Best PR Policy


A study by Cone released in March 2012 finds that the public wants the truth about green products and more sustainability data to make informed buying decisions. The study also finds that eight out of 10 Americans don’t believe companies are addressing all of their environmental impacts, and only 44% trust companies’ green claims.
