Euro RSCG Magnet Climbs The Hill…

The marketing and communications giant recently launched its
Government IT (information technology) practice to get a piece of
the $155 billion industry. The practice, which is based in the
firm's Washington, D.C., office and headed by Michael Smith
(ex-Dow Chemical), will focus on every level of government:
local, state and federal. In 2004, federal agencies awarded $155
billion alone in IT contracts, according to the research firm
Input. Apogen Technologies, which provides technology
programs to government, and Software AG, a data management
firm aimed at the government, have joined forces with Euro Magnet
to increase their visibility in the arena. Terms were not
disclosed...Contact: Elizabeth Tierney, 212.367.6810,
