Dow Chemical [DOW] conducted an employee survey shortly after announcing its bankruptcy. During the troubles, executives were available frequently to answer questions and admitted when they didn't have all the answers.
The survey results:
- 71% were positive about job security compared with 72 % the year before;
- 89% said their need for information was met compared with 82 % the year before
- 87% said they were proud to work at Dow compared with 81% the year before
