Eleven U.S. public relations firms with expertise in crisis communications last month formed an alliance, The Crisis Coalition, to offer a broad range of crisis planning and communications management services.

Bruce Harrison Co., Washington, D.C.; Hill & Knowlton Inc.'s Washington office; Edward Howard & Co., Cleveland; Kamer-Singer & Associates Inc., San Francisco; Ketchum Public Relations Worldwide, New York; MGA Communications, Denver; Powell-Tate, Washington and Rogers & Associates, Los Angeles.
