A Dec. 8 Page 1 article about using rogue Web sites to tap into customers' minds focused on Packard Bell NEC's online monitoring via PR firm Ketchum. The story erred in listing Hewlett-Packard as the company represented by Ketchum. The "1998 Calendar of PR and Marketing Events" incorrectly listed PRSA's phone number. The number is 212/995-2230. It is correct on the awards page of the calendar.
